About Asia Tour Desk, privacy and refunds
Not the official TDAC website. Asia Tour Desk is an independent helper and is not affiliated with the Thai Immigration Bureau or the Thai government. The Thailand Digital Arrival Card itself is free at the official site tdac.immigration.go.th. Our optional €5 tool only auto-fills that official form for you; you review and submit it yourself.
Who we are
Asia Tour Desk is a small independent travel service. The TDAC Auto-Fill is for travellers who fill in Thailand's arrival card often and want to stop retyping the same details. We also publish a free Thailand entry guide covering the TDAC, visa exemptions and longer-stay visas.
What the service does and does not do
- It creates a personal script that auto-fills the official TDAC form at tdac.immigration.go.th.
- It does not submit your TDAC, issue a TDAC, speed up approval or guarantee entry to Thailand.
- Immigration rules can change. Always review the filled form before you submit.
Privacy
- Traveller details (passport, name, travel and accommodation data) are stored only in your browser's localStorage. They are not sent to our server.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics and a simple self-hosted page counter to see which pages are visited. These record page addresses and referrers, never your form contents.
Price and refunds
The auto-fill tool costs €5 once per traveller profile. Updating your profile for later trips is free. If the tool does not work on your device, email us within 7 days. We will help you set it up and refund you if it still does not work for your situation.
